Guest Speaker

We are pleased to share that our guest speaker on the evening of October 13th will be Merril Hoge, one of Pittsburgh’s most beloved Steelers. We will be treated to his “Find A Way” philosophy during dinner.

MERRIL HOGE

Merril’s biography chronicles the journey of a small-town Idaho kid who transformed a childhood dream into a remarkable NFL career. Central to his life is the three-word mantra, “Find A Way,” a mindset that fueled his athletic success, guided his transition into NFL scouting, and sustained him through severe health crises, including non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and open-heart surgery.

Beyond football, Hoge has established himself as a best-selling author, a dedicated philanthropist for grieving children, and a devoted family man who uses his life philosophy to empower the next generation.

Heinz History Center

Your registration also grants you admission to the exhibits at the Heinz History Center. Formally known as the Senator John Heinz History Center (in association with the Smithsonian Institution), you will have access to six floors of exhibits that have kept the Center ranked the #1 history museum in the US for the past four years, according to USA Today’s readers’ poll.

Plan to arrive early on the 13th or stay late on the 14th to explore all that the Center has to offer. Visit the Heinz History Center website for more information.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference events. Pittsburgh is notoriously unpredictable in October when it comes to the weather. Plan to dress in layers.
